Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not entered processing.
2. Immediate Processing
Orders enter processing immediately after checkout. Once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
3. Non‑Cancellable Orders
The following cannot be cancelled:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Promotional items
- Limited‑edition items
4. Orders Already Shipped
Shipped or in‑transit orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery.
5. Incorrect Address
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
6. Fraud Prevention
Repeated cancellation attempts or suspicious activity may result in:
- Order refusal
- Account blocking
- Cancellation restrictions
